WGC Celebration is a whole community event coordinated by together for Welwyn Garden City, run by local people for local people, and welcoming visitors. Promoting local resources, skills and talents, as well as supporting local services and causes.

Extensive Promotion
Your business will be extensively promoted through this website, Howard Centre social media, WGC BID main website, social media, fliers, posters and banners circulating throughout the whole region. It will also attract coverage in the local press.
As a key stake-holder and integral part of our community, we need your involvement. You can contribute by;
- Becoming an activity sponsoring partner
- Offering promotions during the festival week
- Donating competition prizes
- Providing an essential part of the infrastructure eg staging, signage, security
- Engaging staff to create a display, or contribute historical items to the heritage exhibition
Business Involvement
During the WGC Celebration we will develop a large number of followers on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages, plus new visitors to our website. If you’d like your business or organisation to be involved, there are many opportunities that will publicise your organisation.
